Joe's Gone Diving

So who is Joe? - Well, Joe is in fact the name of a beautiful Manta Ray that lives in our backyard ocean but first please allow us to introduce our dive company. Joe’s Gone Diving was started 10 years ago in Sanur, Bali by Jan and Mirjam. They have since returned to the Netherlands. The new owners are Felix and Cheryl. Joe’s Gone Diving continues to be a very successful dive company offering the full complement of dive training, dive safari & dive tours in Bali. Back to Joe’s – a few years ago we adopted a beautiful Manta Ray in the Nusa Penida area to sponsor the great work of an NGO in Bali protecting manta rays. Joe continues to visit Nusa Penida and we visit him and his manta buddies. We named him Joe, so Joe is really always gone diving… Your time off is precious - Having dived all over the world and having led a busy life style, we know like no other how precious your time off is. That’s why we want to make sure our guests enjoy themselves and don’t need to worry about anything so they get more out of their diving experience. You will know exactly what you can expect when you book one of our scuba diving courses. For each and every dive we will do extensive briefings and de-briefings. For one because your safety comes first, but equally as important, diving is simply so much more fun if you can be on the lookout for that special octopus. Caring about the environment - The marine life in Bali is absolutely stunning and we want to keep it that way. So we will always make sure you know what you can do to help to protect the reefs. You can also participate in one of the PADI AWARE Programs or help out on one of our reef cleaning days. As a Shark Guardian Dive Center we help support shark and marine conservation worldwide. Joe’s Gone Diving Bali has been awarded the PADI Green Star Award for its environmentally friendly approach. Great dive facilities and equipment at our dive center in sanur - Joe’s Gone Diving has all the facilities you need to make the most out of your scuba dives in Bali. Good quality scuba dive equipment, showers and lockers, and a terrace to relax before and after your dives. - All our rental scuba dive equipment is from Aqualung, and we have been recognized as an Aqualung partner center. Aqualung is one of the best providers of dive equipment in the world. Our equipment is always maintained to the highest standards. We stock a wide range of sizes, to make sure we have the right fit for you. For divers with glasses we offer prescription masks. Is our standard mask not right for you? No problem, you can always purchase your own in our dive shop at our dive center in Sanur.
