Example terms:

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

Outside 72 Hours: Cancellations made outside of 72 hours prior to the activity will receive a full refund.

Within 72 Hours: If you cancel within 72 hours but more than 24 hours before the activity, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity start time will not receive a refund.

All participants must have basic swimming skills. Before joining any diving activity, participants must agree to and sign all required waivers and disclosures.

Customers are responsible for any damages or loss of rental gear beyond normal wear and tear, and will be charged accordingly.
