The Advanced Open Water Diver advanced course in the PADI training system consists of making 5 open water dives. Mandatory in the program are the Navigation Dive, where we teach you the basics of compass navigation, and the Deep Dive. During the deep dive (18-30 m) we will teach you the procedures and rules for diving at greater depths and let you gain experience under direct supervision. In addition to the two compulsory dives, 3 optional dives must be completed. The standard choice for this is the Night Dive, Current Dive and the Peak Performance Buoyancy Dive. Depending of the specialties of your choosing, the specialty night dive will generally be given in Tulamben and the Drift dive specialty in Nusa Penida. The course is a real activity course and is given in two days.
