Dive certification

Aproximately 08:00-08:30am Pick up at your hotel - paperwork - equipment check - detailed briefing on the process, the risks to be considered and the skills to be performed 10:00-10:30am start first introduction dive with skills 11:00-11:30am start second introduction dive without skills 13:00-13:30pm back in the shop with a big smile

If you prefer a german, indonesian or balinese speaking instructor please ask us. If available we will confirm this in our booking. Otherwise the course will be done in english.

This half day / one day experience will be your first step into the diving world. Our Instructor will explain you the basics of diving – the things you need to know and do in your first time underwater. It’s not so much and takes mostly just 30 – 45 minutes for our instructor to explain you the basics. After this we choose suitable dive equipment and will take you for your first steps into the shallow entry of an easy dive site. You will do your first breaths and some small exercises to get used with the equipment and your adventure starts. Explore with your instructor the underwater world and feel how it is to glide through the water. Our instructor will always be on your side and take care of your safety. This first dive can be followed by a second dive just for your fun and joy if you liked it. Usually both dives are done directly in the ocean. If you are a little bit scared we can also start your experience with a practice lesson in one of our resort pools to make you feel more comfortable before we go into the ocean. Also – if you are not yet sure if you want to take the full open water diver course, you can start with an Discover Scuba Diving. If you like it and want to continue with the Open Water Diver Course we will include this Discover Scuba Diving experience into the costs of your Open Water Diver Course. We try to keep the groups as small as possible. We prefer 2 students to 1 instructor but sometimes this is not possible. The absolute maximum will be 4 students to 1 instructor together with an assistant.
